Our House Gym Cardio Kickboxing is a 1 hour class where you can burn up to 800+ calories in a workout consisting of a cardio warm up, strength training, glove to glove, focus mitt, bag work, circuits, and much more. Most importantly you will be instructed on the correct form and technique of every punch and kick you throw.
** We do not have choreographed instruction. We put a lot of thought and planning into our classes so you will never have the same workout twice. We use real equipment, so you can get the most out of your cardio kickboxing experience **
